  • Financial Data: Transaction amounts, categories, notes, and account names you manually enter. This data is stored locally on your device by default.
  • Multimedia Attachments: Photos or images you attach to your transactions (requires Camera/Gallery permissions).
  • Device Information: For performance monitoring and crash detection, we may collect device model, OS version, unique device identifiers (for statistics only), and application error logs.
  • Behavioral Tracking: We collect anonymized interaction data (e.g., button clicks, feature usage frequency) to improve user experience.

2. Data Storage & Security

Our Core Commitment: Your detailed financial records are primarily stored in a local database (Drift/SQLite) on your device. We do not upload your raw financial transaction details to our servers without your explicit permission.

3. Third-Party Services

To ensure app stability and support basic operations, we use the following third-party services:

  • Firebase (Google LLC): Used for crash analysis (Crashlytics) and application performance monitoring.
  • Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect your device's Advertising ID and location data (if authorized) to provide relevant ads.
  • Google Analytics: Used for collecting anonymized user behavior statistics (tracking data).

4. Permissions & Usage

  • Storage: To save exported PDF or Excel reports.
  • Camera/Photo Library: To upload bill attachments or set profile photos.
  • Notifications: To send daily reminders or budget alerts.

5. Your Rights

You can delete all local records within the App at any time. Since data is localized, if you uninstall the App without a system-level backup, we cannot recover your data. Please ensure you regularly export your reports.
